Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Skampie at skampie.com. By creating an account or running a mission, you agree to them.

The service

Skampie runs an automated agent that browses publicly available web pages and returns structured results based on the instruction you give it. Results are gathered from third-party websites and are provided as-is; we do not guarantee that they are complete, current or accurate. You are responsible for verifying anything you rely on.

Accounts

You need an account to run a mission. You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Skampie.

Credits and payments

• Missions consume credits. The credit cost is shown before you run a mission.
• Credits can be bought in packs or included with a subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not redeemable for money except where required by law.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Refunds of credits

If a mission fails before producing results, the credits are returned to your balance in full. If a mission is stopped early or times out, credits are refunded in proportion to the work not performed. If a mission finishes but finds nothing, a partial refund is applied. Where the agent already showed you real results, only a small residual refund applies. Refunds are applied automatically to your credit balance and recorded in your transaction history.

Acceptable use

You must not use Skampie to:

• Break any law, or infringe anyone's rights, privacy, or intellectual property.
• Collect personal information for spam, harassment, or any purpose that would breach applicable data protection or anti-spam laws.
• Bypass paywalls, logins, or technical restrictions on third-party websites.
• Attack, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with Skampie or its providers.
• Resell or redistribute the service itself as your own.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of the instructions you submit and the results returned to you. You grant us permission to process them as needed to operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability

Skampie is offered on an as-available basis and is still under active development. Features may change and the service may be interrupted for maintenance or by third-party outages.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skampie is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made on the basis of results returned by the agent. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change and material updates will be notified to account holders. You may stop using Skampie and close your account at any time.
